P3 Mr Byrne’s class were STORMing through new topics this week!
- Dictionary work and alphabetical order with second and third letters. Really fun and interactive! The boys and girls loved using a dictionary for their Literacy and have added lots of new words to their vocabulary books.
-Place Value & Column Addition in their squared numeracy books! Amazing presentation!
-NumBots celebrations - plenty of certificates given out this week. Super fast mental maths skills with doubles and halves!
-New books selected from our class library to read for enjoyment in class.
-STAR Reading & Maths assessments completed.
-Fact files created on different types of weather for our new World Around Us display. Storm Chandra helped us along!
Mr Byrne thinks they are definitely ready for P4 already! Well done everyone!
