As part of Catholic Schools Week, with this year’s theme “Normal Lives, Called to Holiness,” the children created a beautiful art collage celebrating everyday saints. Each child chose someone in their life who shows love, kindness and goodness in simple, meaningful ways.
I loved listening to the children share who they chose and why. It truly warmed my heart . Some chose their mum, nanny, granda, dad, aunts or uncles, while others chose a friend who, in their eyes, has the biggest and kindest heart of all.
A lovely reminder that holiness is lived out every day — in ordinary moments, by ordinary people, with extraordinary love.
