Our Eco-Team worked with Kieran Gallagher across two sessions to create a sensory garden. We created flower beds that focus on a specific sense- sight, touch, smell, taste and movement. Gardening is a wonderful way to unwind, connect with nature and enjoy some calm time out of the classroom. We also planted our very own apple tree that we look forward to picking in Autumn season 2026. Our Eco-Team will maintain our sensory garden area over the Autumn and Winter months. We look forward to the Spring season as we see our plants blossom for our sense of sight. We look forward to our Eco-Team leading eco initiatives throughout the year to work towards maintaining our green flag in 2027.
