We have been listening to The Carnival of the Animals during our Creative Play sessions with Mrs Murphy. It was written by French composer Camile Saint-Saens.
We moved around the classroom like the different animals in the music.
We listened to the musical instruments we could hear.
We explored how to draw a lion as the King of the Jungle using lots of patterns and lines and we are so proud of them we have made a display in our classroom.
