Our School Council and Eco Council had a fantastic visit to Stormont on Thursday! The boys and girls had the opportunity to visit both the Assembly Chamber and the Senate Chamber, where they learned so much about how parliament works in Northern Ireland.
One of the highlights of the day was taking part in their very own debate on whether school uniform should be banned — and in this case, the “Ayes” had it! The children asked some fantastic questions throughout the visit and represented our school brilliantly.
Afterwards, we enjoyed some time in the park before heading home. A wonderful day full of learning, fun and memorable experiences. We are so proud of how well all the boys and girls represented our school!
